How does a Parent say Goodbye to a Child? If he’s Joe McQuillen he Doesn’t! He says HELLO!

On the morning of January 3, 2016, Joe McQulillen’s life was turned inside out when he received a call that his son, Christopher, along with three of his friends, was missing. They had been at a friend’s lake house, celebrating the end of Christmas break from college. Sometime during the evening of revelry, the four young men jumped into a canoe, paddled out onto the icy lake, capsized, and drowned. Christopher’s body was recovered first; the others over the next several dark days. Thus began this father’s remarkable journey through grief, awakening, discovery and acceptance as Joe—through mediums, research and, eventually, direct communication—navigated his personal bridge to “the other side.”

Joe McQuillen looks forward to the day he will see his son Christopher again, but that won’t be until he crosses over to the other side or he develops the chops to be able to ‘see’ Christopher in spirit form. Meanwhile, he is content communicating with his son Christopher through mediums and psychics, and now, channeling Christopher himself through journaling. Christopher encouraged his father to write a book about his experiences and share it with other parents who might take hope and some relief at being able to speak to their loved ones.

Searching for Christopher on the Other Side is the result of  Joe’s experiences taking copious notes while channeling Christopher, as well as his many recorded sessions with different mediums and psychics.  Joe is on a path now to help other parents deal with the loss of  their children. He has proof positive that he is communicating with this son and he would like others to experience the joy he does knowing his connection with his child is not lost, even if he is not in this physical world.
