Frankie Picasso host of FrankieSense & More interviews renowned Journalist, Television personality and author Ann Marie Hancock who speaks about her own journey being the caregiver for her 91 year old mother who was diagnosed with  skin cancer and refused to acknowledge she was sick. Her book, ‘You Can’t Drive Yourself to your Own Funeral’, is spiritual, funny, touching, account of what life was like looking after Mom has passed on. According  to Ann Marie, “Mom was cantankerous, at times belligerent, secretive and the most independent soul on the planet.” 
Ann Marie offers wonderful nuggets for those caregivers who wish to be more compassionate in the face of what oft times comes across as abusive behaviour by their patient.
